Effect
FLIP: Destroy all Set Spells/Traps on the field, then each player draws 1 card for each of the cards they controlled that was destroyed by this effect. You cannot Set any cards this turn.
The monster effect of "Absorbing Jar" is a Trigger Effect that must be activated when it is flipped face-up. (It also activates during the Damage Step.)
This effect does not target.
The effect "destroy all Set Spell and Trap Cards on the field" and the effect "the controller of the destroyed cards draws cards from their Deck equal to the number of cards destroyed" are not treated as occurring simultaneously. (The monster effect of "Absorbing Jar" is considered to finish resolving after the process of drawing cards equal to the number of destroyed cards. The effect "you cannot Set cards this turn" is also applied immediately.)
When the monster effect of "Absorbing Jar" resolves, Spell and Trap Cards that are face-up on the field are not destroyed.
Even if there are no Set Spell or Trap Cards on the field, the monster effect of "Absorbing Jar" activates, and the process "you cannot Set cards this turn" is applied. (This is the same if there are no Set Spell or Trap Cards on the field at the time of effect resolution.)
Even during a turn in which you have Set a card, if "Absorbing Jar" is flipped face-up, its monster effect activates and is applied. (After this effect is applied, the player who activated the monster effect of "Absorbing Jar" cannot Set cards for the rest of the turn.)
