If you control no monsters: Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower "Photon" or "Galaxy" monster from your Deck. You can only activate 1 "Accellight" per turn. You cannot Normal Summon/Set during the turn you activate this card.
This effect does not target.
You can only activate this card if you control no monsters in your Monster Zone. (You cannot activate this card if you control a face-down Defense Position monster in your Monster Zone.)
You cannot activate "Accel Light" during a turn in which you have already conducted a Normal Summon. Also, you cannot Normal Summon monsters during the turn you activate "Accel Light."
The monster you can Special Summon with the effect of "Accel Light" must be 1 Level 4 or lower "Photon" monster or 1 Level 4 or lower "Galaxy" monster. (If there are no monsters in your Deck that can be Special Summoned, you cannot activate "Accel Light".)
You cannot Special Summon Special Summon monsters, such as "Photon Thrasher," with the effect of "Accel Light."
