The monster effect of "Achacha Chanbara" is a Quick Effect that activates in the hand.
This effect does not target. It is an effect that is activated by chaining directly to the activation of a Spell/Trap card that inflicts damage to either player's LP, the activation of a Spell/Trap effect that inflicts damage to either player's LP, or the activation of a monster effect that inflicts damage to either player's LP.
It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
The process of "Special Summon this card from your hand" and the process of "inflict 400 damage to your opponent" are treated as occurring simultaneously.
