When applying the monster effect of "Amalilith" to Normal Summon a monster with one less Tribute, you cannot Set the monster in face-down Defense Position. (This effect can only be applied when performing a Normal Summon in face-up position.)
The monster effect of "Amalilith" does not increase the number of times you can Normal Summon.
