Effect
Neither player can Special Summon monsters with the same Level as those they control. Neither player can Special Summon monsters with the same Rank as those they control.
Cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
This effect is applied to both players. Each player checks their own field and cannot Special Summon monsters with the same Level or same Rank.
You cannot Special Summon monsters with the same Level, but after they are on the field, you can activate effects such as "make them the same Level."
Normal Summons and Sets can be performed as normal.
