The monster effect "(1): If you control a 'Archfiend' card, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). This card cannot attack this turn" is an effect that is not classified as an Ignition Effect, Trigger Effect, Quick Effect, or Continuous Effect.
A Chain Link is not built when Special Summoning "Archfiend Empress" from your hand with its own effect.
The monster effect "②: If this card is Special Summoned by the method in ①: Target 1 'Archfiend' card you control; destroy that 'Archfiend' card" is a Trigger Effect. (This effect targets 1 face-up "Archfiend" card you control.)
The monster effect "③: When this card is Tribute Summoned: You can target 1 Level 6 'Archfiend' monster in your GY; Special Summon it in Defense Position" is a Trigger Effect. (This effect targets 1 Level 6 "Archfiend" monster in your GY.)
