You can only control 1 "Artifact Caduceus".
The effect "When this card set in the Spell & Trap Zone is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard during your opponent's turn: Special Summon this card" is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (This is a mandatory effect. It also activates during the Damage Step.)
If multiple "Artifact Caduceus" set in the Spell & Trap Zone are destroyed and sent to the Graveyard at the same time during your opponent's turn, each of their "Special Summon this card" effects will activate in a chain.
The effect "When an 'Artifact' monster is Special Summoned during your opponent's turn" is a Trigger Effect. (This is a mandatory effect. It also activates during the Damage Step.)
