This effect creates a Chain Link.
You can activate this effect if this card, while controlled by its original owner, is destroyed by an opponent and sent to the Graveyard, or banished while face-up (you can activate it at the location where it was first sent after being destroyed).
This effect can also be activated during the Damage Step.
