Effect
During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Sea Serpent monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) If this card is sent to the GY to activate a WATER monster's effect: Target 1 face-up card your opponent controls; destroy that target.
【Regarding the ① effect】
This is a Continuous Effect that is applied on the field.
If you are able to perform both a Normal Summon and a Summon via this effect, you may perform either one first. However, when performing a Summon via this effect, you must inform your opponent that you are performing a Summon due to this effect.
A Chain Link is not created when performing a Summon via this effect.
Even if multiple effects that allow an additional Normal Summon are being applied, only one of those effects can be applied during that turn. (Once one is applied, you cannot apply other effects that allow an additional Normal Summon during that turn.)
What can be performed via this effect is a Summon (placing a monster from your hand into a Monster Zone in face-up Attack Position). You cannot Set a monster.
【Regarding the ② effect】
This is a Trigger Effect that must be activated in the Graveyard.
It also activates during the Damage Step.
