The monster effect of "Baby Raccoon Ponpoko" is a Trigger Effect that must be activated when it is flipped face-up. (This also activates during the Damage Step.)
This effect does not target.
When resolving the effect, choose 1 Level 2 Beast-Type monster other than "Baby Raccoon Ponpoko" from your Deck and Special Summon it.
Even if there are no Level 2 Beast-Type monsters other than "Baby Raccoon Ponpoko" in your Deck, the effect must still be activated if "Baby Raccoon Ponpoko" is flipped face-up. (Since there is no monster to Special Summon, the effect is not applied.)
