This effect can be activated at the end of the Damage Step if there is a monster on your opponent's field. (You cannot activate this effect if only one monster was present on your opponent's field and it was destroyed by battle and sent to the Graveyard.)
The second attack conducted by the effect of "Blade Bouncer" can only be performed against a monster. (It cannot be a direct attack on the player.)
