Effect
Cannot be used as a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Material for a Summon. While this card is face-up on the field, it cannot be Tributed. When this card on the field is destroyed: Banish 1 random card from its controller's hand, face-down, until the Standby Phase of the next turn. You can only control 1 face-up "Blue Duston".
The monster effect "This card cannot be Tributed" is a Continuous Effect.
"Cannot be used as Material for a Fusion, Synchro, or Xyz Summon" is not treated as a monster effect. (You cannot use "Blue Duston" as material even if it is in your hand or Graveyard, or if it is in face-down Defense Position.)
The monster effect "When this card on the field is destroyed: Randomly choose 1 card from this card's controller's hand, and banish it face-down until the Standby Phase of the next turn" is a Trigger Effect. (It does not target. You randomly choose 1 card from the hand of the player who controlled the "Blue Duston" at the time it was destroyed on the field and banish it. It also activates during the Damage Step.)
No Chain Link is created when a card banished by the effect "banish it face-down until the Standby Phase of the next turn" returns to the hand.
The monster effect "You can only control 1 face-up 'Blue Duston'" is an effect that is not classified as an Ignition Effect, Trigger Effect, Quick Effect, or Continuous Effect.
