You can only use each of the following effects of "Bramble Rose Dragon" once per turn. During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Black Rose Dragon" from your Extra Deck (this is treated as a Synchro Summon). You can banish this card from your GY; Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower Plant Tuner from your GY.
