This effect is not classified as an Ignition Effect, Trigger Effect, Quick Effect, or Continuous Effect.
【Regarding the ② effect】
This is a Trigger Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
It can be activated while there is a "Bujin" monster in your Deck.
It can be activated even if you have no cards in your hand.
At resolution, you perform the action of "add 1 'Bujin' monster from your Deck to your hand." Then, if you successfully added a card to your hand, you perform the action of "choose 1 card in your hand and send it to the Graveyard." These actions do not happen simultaneously.
