The effect "①: All Wyrm monsters on the field gain 300 ATK/DEF" does not start a Chain Link.
The effect "②: Once per turn, you can banish 3 Wyrm-Type monsters from your Graveyard, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it" creates a Chain Link. (This effect can only be activated during your Main Phase. Also, when activating this effect, you banish 3 Wyrm-Type monsters from your Graveyard as a cost. This effect targets 1 card on the field.)
If "Different Dimension Ground" is destroyed by "Mystical Space Typhoon" chained to its "②: Once per turn, you can banish 3 Wyrm-Type monsters from your Graveyard, then target 1 card on the field; destroy it" effect, the effect to destroy the targeted card is not applied.
