Effect
Target 1 FIRE monster you control and 1 FIRE monster in your GY; destroy that monster you control, and if you do, Special Summon that other monster from your GY. You can only activate 1 "Circle of the Fire Kings" per turn.
【Regarding the ① effect】
This effect cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
When activating this effect, target 1 face-up FIRE monster in your Monster Zone and 1 FIRE monster in your Graveyard.
At the time of resolution, if the targeted monster in the Monster Zone is still present in your Monster Zone, you perform the "destroy the targeted monster you control" action. If the destruction is successful, you then perform the "Special Summon the targeted monster from your Graveyard" action.
The battle position or Attribute of the targeted monster in the Monster Zone at the time of resolution does not matter. (Even if the battle position or Attribute has changed, as long as it is still present in your Monster Zone, the effect is applied.)
The destruction and the Special Summon are treated as occurring simultaneously.
