When a monster is banished by the effect of "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon": You can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard; inflict 3000 damage to your opponent. You can only use the effect of "Dimension Wanderer" once per turn.
The monster effect of "Dimension Wanderer" is a Trigger Effect that activates in the hand.
This effect can be activated after the resolution of the effect of "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon" when a monster is banished by that effect. (It is not an effect that is activated in a chain to the monster effect of "Galaxy-Eyes Photon Dragon".)
When activating the effect, you send "Dimension Wanderer" itself from your hand to the Graveyard as a cost.
