Effect
When an opponent's monster declares an attack on a face-up Attack Position monster you control: Make your opponent's attack a direct attack instead and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the attack target you control. Also, that monster you control can attack your opponent directly during your next turn.
This effect does not target.
The effect of "Double Passe" changes an attack that targeted an opponent's monster to a direct attack on the player. (No damage calculation is performed by the effect of "Double Passe.")
When a direct attack is conducted due to the effect "that monster can attack directly during your next turn," a Chain Link is not built.
Each part of the effect of "Double Passe" is treated as being applied simultaneously.
