Effect
3 "Elemental HERO" monsters Must be Fusion Summoned and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. Once per turn, when this card is targeted for an attack: You can make this card's ATK become double its current ATK until the end of the Damage Step. At the end of the Battle Phase, if this card battled: You can target 1 monster on the field; destroy it. When this card is destroyed by battle or card effect: You can target 1 Level 8 or lower "Elemental HERO" Fusion Monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

This is not treated as an effect.
As a general rule, this card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. However, if an effect ignores the summoning conditions, you can Special Summon this card from the Extra Deck, or from the Graveyard or while banished face-up if it was previously Fusion Summoned.

If this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can activate this effect in the Graveyard; if it is banished face-up, you can activate it while banished. (You can activate it at the location where it was first sent after being destroyed.)
This effect can be activated during the Damage Step.
When Special Summoning a monster with this effect, that monster must have been properly Special Summoned before it was sent to the Graveyard.
