You can only use the effect of "Emperor of Prophecy" once per turn. This card cannot attack during the turn you activate this effect.
The monster effect of "Magical Exemplar" is an Ignition Effect.
When activating the effect, you must banish a total of 2 cards as cost: 1 face-up Spellcaster monster you control other than "Magical Exemplar," and 1 "Spellbook" card from your Graveyard.
This effect targets 1 face-up monster in your opponent's Monster Zone.
A chain link is not created when control of the monster affected by the monster effect of "Magical Exemplar" returns to the opponent during the End Phase.
