Effect
Target 1 face-up monster you control and declare a Level between 1 and 3; it becomes that Level.
This effect targets 1 face-up monster in your Monster Zone.
When activating the card "Descending Lost Star", you must declare a Level of 1, 2, or 3.
You cannot activate "Descending Lost Star" by declaring the same Level as the targeted monster. (For example, if you target a Level 3 monster to activate "Descending Lost Star", you must declare Level 1 or 2.)
You cannot activate "Descending Lost Star" by targeting an Xyz Monster or Link Monster, as they do not have Levels.
