When activating this effect, you select 1 Level 3 monster on your field as a target.
At resolution, you perform the action of "Special Summon 1 monster with the same name from your hand or Graveyard." The card Special Summoned by this effect immediately becomes a state where "the effects of the monster Special Summoned by this effect are negated."
If the targeted monster is no longer in the Monster Zone at resolution, you do not perform the action of "Special Summon 1 monster with the same name from your hand or Graveyard."
The action of "the targeted monster is destroyed during the End Phase of this turn" does not create a Chain Link.
