Effect
If this card is in your Graveyard and all monsters you control are "Fishborg" monsters (min. 1): You can Special Summon this card, and if you do, banish it when it leaves the field. You can only use this effect of "Fishborg Doctor" once per turn. If you control a monster that is not a "Fishborg" monster, destroy this card.
The effect "If a monster other than a 'Fishborg' monster is on your field, destroy this card" is a Continuous Effect. (This effect does not create a Chain Link when it destroys the card. Even if the state of "a monster other than a 'Fishborg' monster is on your field" occurs in the middle of resolving a Chain or similar, the effect is applied immediately and the card is destroyed.)
The effect "(2): If this card is in your GY and you control only 'Fishborg' monsters, you can activate this effect during your Main Phase: Special Summon this card from your GY. If this card Special Summoned by this effect leaves the field, banish it" is an Ignition Effect that activates in the GY. (This effect does not target. While the Special Summoned "Fishborg Doctor" is on the field, the condition "if it leaves the field, banish it" is applied.)
