【Regarding the ① effect】
This effect can be activated during the Damage Step, from the start of the Damage Step up to before damage calculation.
If the targeted monster is face-up on the field when this effect resolves, the effect "that monster loses 600 ATK, cannot be destroyed by card effects, and neither player can target it with card effects until the end of this turn" is applied. (If the targeted monster is in face-down Defense Position when this effect resolves, none of these effects are applied.)
