If a monster battles an opponent's monster, during damage calculation: Negate all other card effects on the field until the end of the Damage Step, also damage calculation for this battle uses each monster's original ATK and DEF.
You can only activate this card during damage calculation when monsters battle each other.
You can activate this card even when Normal Monsters are battling each other, or when monsters whose ATK/DEF have not changed from their original ATK/DEF are battling each other.
You can activate this card even if there are no other face-up cards on the field besides the 2 battling monsters and this card.
The effect of "Forbidden Scripture" stops applying when the Damage Step in which it was activated ends and the game returns to the Battle Step. (The effects of cards that were negated also return to their non-negated state.)
Effects that activate in the Graveyard are not negated.
