This card is treated as a "Galaxy" card.
This effect targets 1 Level 7 or higher monster you control in your Monster Zone.
When the effect resolves, it is applied to all face-up monsters you control in your Monster Zone, except the targeted monster. (The effect is not applied to monsters that appear on the field after this effect resolves.)
The effect of "Galaxy Queen's Light" cannot be applied to Xyz or Link Monsters, as they do not have Levels.
