You can activate this card if there is a face-up monster with non-0 ATK in your opponent's Monster Zone.
You can activate this card during the Damage Step, from the start of the Damage Step until before damage calculation.
Even if the number of cards in your opponent's Graveyard becomes 7 or less at the time this effect resolves, the effect is still applied.
The ATK of a monster to which this effect is applied remains 0 as long as that monster remains face-up in the Monster Zone.
