Regarding the effect "When this card is Tribute Summoned: You can target up to 2 Set cards on the field; destroy them": * This is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Monster Zone. * This is a mandatory effect. * This effect targets 1 or 2 cards set on either side of the field. * At resolution, you perform the process of destroying the targeted face-down cards. Regardless of whether the destruction was successful, if an EARTH monster was Tributed for the Tribute Summon that triggered this effect, and this effect's activation or effect was not negated, you then perform the process of "draw 1 card from your Deck." (These processes are not treated as occurring simultaneously.) * If a targeted card is face-up at resolution, that card is not destroyed. * If you targeted 2 cards and one of them is no longer a valid target at resolution, the other targeted card is still destroyed.
