Effect
Activate this card by discarding 5 cards; draw 2 cards. While this card is on the field, draw 2 cards instead of 1 for your normal draw during your Draw Phase.
The effect "①: You can discard 5 cards from your hand; draw 2 cards from your Deck" is the effect processing performed when the card "Guardian's Treasure" is activated. (This effect does not target.)
When activating the card "Guardian's Treasure," you discard 5 cards from your hand as a cost. (If you are activating "Guardian's Treasure" from your hand, you need 5 cards in your hand to discard as a cost, in addition to the "Guardian's Treasure" card itself.)
The effect "②: As long as this card is in the Spell & Trap Zone, your normal draw in your Draw Phase is 2 cards" is an effect that does not start a Chain Link.
When the effect "your normal draw in your Draw Phase is 2 cards" is being applied, the normal draw you perform during your Draw Phase consists of drawing 2 cards at once. (It is not treated as drawing 1 card twice.)
Even if you have 2 face-up copies of "Card of the Guardian" in your Spell & Trap Zones, the normal draw you perform during your Draw Phase remains 2 cards due to the effect "your normal draw in your Draw Phase is 2 cards." (This is no different than if you had only activated 1 copy of "Card of the Guardian".)
