The monster effect "You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. If you do, its original ATK becomes 1000" is not classified as an Ignition Effect, Trigger Effect, Quick Effect, or Continuous Effect.

A Chain Link is not built when Normal Summoning "Hazy Flame Cerbereus" using its own monster effect. Also, when performing a Normal Summon this way, you can only Normal Summon it in face-up position. You cannot Set it.

The monster effect "While this card is face-up on the field, your opponent cannot target this card with card effects" is a Continuous Effect.

The monster effect "When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: You can add 1 'Hazy' card from your Deck to your hand" is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (It does not target. It can also be activated during the Damage Step.)

This effect can only be activated immediately after this card is destroyed. If this card is destroyed by an effect activated as Chain 2 or higher, or if another process occurs after this card is destroyed, you cannot activate this effect.
