You can only use the effect of "Heraldic Beast Twin-Headed Eagle" once per turn.

When activating this effect, you banish this card from your Graveyard as a cost. This effect targets a total of 3 monsters: 1 face-up Xyz Monster you control that has no Xyz Materials, and 2 "Heraldic Beast" monsters in your Graveyard. If one of the 2 targeted "Heraldic Beast" monsters in your Graveyard is no longer in the Graveyard when resolving this effect, you attach the remaining one to the Xyz Monster as an Xyz Material. If the targeted Xyz Monster is no longer face-up on the field when resolving this effect, the effect is not applied.
