If a Level 4 or lower monster is successfully Special Summoned to the opponent's Monster Zone in face-up position due to the effect of a card activated as Chain Link 2 or higher, the monster effect of "Heroic Champion - Gandiva" cannot be activated.
The monster effect of "Heroic Champion - Gandiva" can be activated even if 2 or more Level 4 or lower monsters are Special Summoned to the opponent's Monster Zone at the same time. (If activated, destroy all of those Special Summoned Level 4 or lower monsters.)
