1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: You can destroy all other face-up Attack Position monsters on the field. Other monsters cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.
This is an Ignition Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
This effect does not target.
"During the turn you activate this effect, monsters other than this card cannot attack" is a condition for activating this effect. It is not part of the effect's resolution. (Monsters unaffected by monster effects also cannot attack.)
Once this effect is activated (regardless of whether it resolves successfully), you cannot declare attacks with other monsters for the rest of that turn. However, if the activation of this effect is negated, you return to a state where you can declare attacks with other monsters.
When resolving, all other Attack Position monsters in both players' Monster Zones are destroyed.
