The monster effect of "Bystial Lubellion" is a Trigger Effect that activates in the hand. (It can also be activated during the Damage Step.)
This effect does not target.
This effect can be activated when a monster in your Monster Zone is destroyed by battle or card effect and sent to either your or your opponent's Graveyard.
You can also activate the monster effect of "Bystial Lubellion" if a monster in your Monster Zone is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard by the effect of a card that was activated as Chain 2 or higher.
