Effect

For a Synchro Summon, you can substitute this card for any 1 "Synchron" Tuner. Once per turn: You can discard 1 card, then target 1 non-Tuner "Junk" monster in your GY; Special Summon that target, and if you do, immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster that mentions a "Synchron" Tuner as material, using that monster and this card only. These Synchro Materials are banished instead of being sent to the GY.

First Effect

【Regarding the ① effect】

This is an Ignition Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.

When activating this effect, discard 1 card as a cost.

When resolving the effect, Special Summon the targeted monster from the Graveyard. If the Special Summon is successful, immediately after the chain block of this effect resolves, perform a Synchro Summon using this "Junk Anchor" and the monster Special Summoned by this effect as materials. (These do not happen simultaneously.)

The monster in the Graveyard targeted by this effect must be of a Level that allows for a correct Synchro Summon of a Synchro Monster that uses a "Synchron" Tuner as material. (e.g., If you wish to target "Junk Warrior" (LV5) in your Graveyard, you must have a card such as "Junk Archer" in your Extra Deck.)

You can activate this effect even if cards cannot be banished. In that case, the monsters used as Synchro Material are sent to the Graveyard instead of being banished.

If this card is no longer face-up in your Monster Zone when the effect resolves, or if this card's Level has been changed by another effect such that a Synchro Summon can no longer be performed, the targeted monster is still Special Summoned.
