This effect targets 1 "Gimmick Puppet" monster in your Graveyard.
You can also target a "Gimmick Puppet" Xyz Monster or Link Monster. (However, you cannot Special Summon an Xyz or Link Monster that was sent to the Graveyard after its Xyz or Link Summon was negated, nor can you Special Summon a monster that was sent to the Graveyard without being Special Summoned by its proper procedure, with the effect of "Junk Puppet".)
When performing the Special Summon, you can choose to Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position or face-up Defense Position. (However, if you Special Summon a Link Monster, it must be Special Summoned in face-up Attack Position.)
