You can activate this effect if a Dinosaur-Type monster with 2500 or more ATK is face-up in your Monster Zone.
It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
When this effect is applied, destroy all cards on both players' fields, including that Dinosaur-Type monster with 2500 or more ATK.
