Effect
During your Main Phase, you can Normal Summon 1 "Qli" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set. (You can only gain this effect once per turn.) Normal Summons of "Qli" monsters cannot be negated.
【Regarding the ① effect】
This is an effect applied in the Field Zone that does not create a Chain Link.
Only the controller of this card can apply this effect.
The Summon performed by applying this effect is a Normal Summon of a "Qli" monster (placing a monster from your hand onto the Monster Zone in face-up Attack Position), so you cannot Set it. Also, if you perform a Normal Summon of a monster that is Level 5 or higher, you must still Tribute as you would for a normal Tribute Summon.
If you are able to perform both a standard Normal Summon and a Summon using this effect, you may perform either one first. When performing a Summon by applying this effect, you must inform your opponent that you are doing so.
No Chain Link is created when performing a Summon with this effect.
Even if multiple effects that "allow you to Normal Summon in addition to your Normal Summon/Set" are being applied, you can only apply one of those effects during that turn. (Once you have applied one, you cannot apply other effects that "allow you to Normal Summon in addition to your Normal Summon/Set" during that turn.)
【Regarding the ② effect】
This is an effect applied in the Field Zone that does not create a Chain Link.
The Normal Summon of not only your own "Qli" monsters, but also your opponent's "Qli" monsters, cannot be negated.
While this effect is being applied, when a "Qli" monster is Normal Summoned (or Tribute Summoned) in Attack Position, cards and effects that negate a Summon, such as "Solemn Judgment," cannot be activated.
