If you control a face-up "Noble Arms - Gallatin", you cannot target a "Noble Arms - Gallatin" in your Graveyard as the Equip Spell Card to equip.
If you control a face-up "Ignoble Knight of High Laundsallyn", you cannot target an "Ignoble Knight of High Laundsallyn" in your Graveyard as the monster to Special Summon.
The process of Special Summoning the targeted monster and the process of equipping the targeted Equip Spell Card are treated as occurring simultaneously.
