Once per turn: You can Tribute any number of Machine monsters; Special Summon an equal number of "Photon" and/or "Galaxy" monsters from your hand.
The effect "①: When this card is Summoned or flipped face-up: You can target 1 'Photon Orbital' in your GY; Special Summon it in face-up Attack Position or face-down Defense Position" is a Trigger Effect. (This effect targets. It can also be activated during the Damage Step.)
The battle position of the "Photon Orbital" to be Special Summoned is decided when the effect resolves.
The effect "②: Once per turn, you can Tribute any number of Machine monsters you control; Special Summon that many 'Photon' monsters or 'Galaxy' monsters from your hand" is an Ignition Effect. (It does not target.)
When activating the effect to Special Summon a "Photon" monster or "Galaxy" monster from your hand, you Tribute Machine monsters you control as cost.
