【Regarding the ① effect】
This is an Ignition Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.
When resolving the effect, you perform the "shuffle that card into the Deck" action. If you successfully shuffle at least one card into the Deck (or Extra Deck), you then perform the "shuffle cards your opponent controls into the Deck, up to the number of cards you shuffled" action.
Both actions of shuffling into the Deck are treated as occurring simultaneously.
