The process of "the monsters Special Summoned by this effect return to the owner's Deck during the End Phase" does not create a Chain Link. (If 2 or more monsters were Special Summoned by the effect of "Madolche Happy Festa", the process of them returning to the owner's Deck is also treated as happening simultaneously.)
