【Regarding the ① effect】

This is a Quick Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.

It must be activated directly in chain to the activation of a card or effect that includes this face-up card in the Monster Zone as a target. (For example, when you activate another effect that targets this card, you must check with your opponent; if they do not activate an effect, you can chain this effect to that activation.)

It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.

【Regarding the ② effect】

This is a Trigger Effect that can be activated in the Monster Zone.

It can be activated when this face-up card is selected as an attack target.

It can be activated even if there are no "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" cards in your hand, Deck, or Graveyard.

At resolution, you perform the "negate the attack" action. If you successfully negate the attack, you then perform the "change this card's battle position" action. If you successfully change its battle position, you can then perform the "choose 1 'Blue-Eyes White Dragon' from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard and Special Summon it" action.

The action of negating the attack and the action of changing the battle position are considered to occur simultaneously. If you perform the Special Summon action, the action of changing the battle position and the Special Summon action do not occur simultaneously.

When performing the action to change the battle position, if this card is in Attack Position, it is changed to face-up Defense Position. If this card is in face-up Defense Position or face-down Defense Position, it is changed to Attack Position.

If the attack is already negated at resolution, or if the opponent's monster that declared the attack is no longer face-up in the opponent's Monster Zone, no actions are performed.

If this card is not face-up in the Monster Zone at resolution, you only perform the action of negating the attack.
