The monster effect "If this card is Tributed and sent to the Graveyard for an Advance Summon: You can activate this effect during your next Standby Phase; Special Summon this card from your Graveyard" is a Trigger Effect that activates in the Graveyard. (It does not target. It is an optional effect that can be activated during your next Standby Phase after "Advance Devoter" was Tributed and sent to the Graveyard for an Advance Summon.)
The monster effect "Special Summon this card from your Graveyard" cannot be activated during a turn in which you have already successfully Special Summoned a monster from the Extra Deck. Furthermore, after the activation of the monster effect "Special Summon this card from your Graveyard," you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck.
