Its effects are negated. You can only use the effect of "Malicevorous Spoon" once per turn.
The monster effect of "Malicevorous Spoon" is a Trigger Effect. (It cannot be activated during the Damage Step.)
This effect targets 1 Level 2 Fiend-Type monster in your Graveyard.
The monster Special Summoned by the monster effect of "Malicevorous Spoon" has its effects that are activated or applied on the field negated. (Effects that activate in the Graveyard, etc., are not negated.)
You can only activate this effect when a "Malicevorous" monster other than "Malicevorous Spoon" is successfully Normal or Special Summoned to your side of the field while "Malicevorous Spoon" is already face-up in your Monster Zone. (If "Malicevorous Spoon" and another "Malicevorous" monster are Special Summoned at the same time, you cannot activate this monster effect.)
