Effect
You cannot Special Summon monsters, except Machine monsters. Once per turn: You can declare a Level from 5 to 9; all Level 5 or higher Machine monsters you control become that Level. If a Machine Xyz Monster(s) you control would be destroyed, you can send this card to the GY instead. If this card is sent from the field to the GY: You can add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force" from your Deck or GY to your hand.
You can only activate the card "Marshalling Field" at any time except during the Damage Step.
The effect "①: While this card is in the Spell & Trap Zone, you cannot Special Summon monsters, except Machine monsters" is an effect that does not start a Chain.
The effect "②: Once per turn, you can declare a Level from 5 to 9; all Level 5 or higher Machine monsters you currently control become that Level" is an effect that creates a Chain Link. (It does not target. It cannot be activated during the Damage Step. When activating a face-down "Marshalling Field" by flipping it face-up, you can activate this effect in the same Chain Link as the card's activation.)
The effect "③: If a Machine Xyz Monster you control would be destroyed, you can send this card to the GY instead" is an effect that does not start a Chain Link. (This can also be applied during the Damage Step.)
The effect "(4): If this card is sent from the field to the GY: You can add 1 'Rank-Up-Magic Argent Chaos Force' from your Deck or GY to your hand" is an effect that activates in the GY and creates a Chain Link. (It does not target. It can also be activated during the Damage Step.)
