Effect
Cannot be Normal Summoned if you control a Level 5 or higher monster. When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 monster with 0 DEF in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-up Defense Position. Its effects are negated. You cannot Special Summon any other monsters, except from the Extra Deck, during the turn you activate this effect.
You can only Normal Summon "Kamen Chameleon" while you control no Level 5 or higher face-up monsters.
The monster effect of "①" is a Trigger Effect that activates on the field. (It is an effect that targets 1 monster with 0 DEF in your Graveyard. It is an effect that can be activated optionally when "Kagetokage" itself is successfully Summoned.)
You cannot activate the monster effect of "①" during a turn in which you have already successfully Special Summoned from a location other than the Extra Deck, or during a turn in which you have already successfully Special Summoned via the effect of a card other than "Kagetokage". (You can still perform the Normal Summon of "Kagetokage" itself.)
