Must be Special Summoned with "Mask Change" and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. This card gains 500 ATK for each monster your opponent controls. Once per turn, during either player's turn: You can banish 1 "HERO" monster from your Graveyard, then target 1 face-up monster on the field; that target loses ATK equal to the ATK of the monster banished to activate this effect, until the end of this turn.
Regarding "This card can only be Special Summoned by the effect of 'Mask Change'": - This is not treated as an effect. - Special Summoning this card via the effect of "Mask Change", or the effects of "Mask Change II" or "Form Change" (which perform a Special Summon treated as a Special Summon by "Mask Change"), is the proper way to Special Summon this card. In principle, it cannot be Special Summoned by any other method. - If an effect Special Summons a monster while ignoring its Summoning conditions, you can Special Summon this card while ignoring this text. However, if you are Special Summoning it from the Graveyard or while it is banished, this card must have first been properly Special Summoned before it left the field.
