This effect does not target.
This effect is activated in direct chain to the activation of an effect of an Effect Monster that is face-up in your opponent's Monster Zone.
This effect cannot be activated during the Damage Step.
The effect "negate that activated effect" and the effect "change that monster to face-up Defense Position" are considered to occur simultaneously.
