【Regarding the ① effect】

This effect does not target.

The process of "shuffle the Fusion Material Monsters listed on a Fusion Monster Card from your hand, field, or GY into the owner's Deck" and the process of "Special Summon 1 'E-HERO' Fusion Monster that lists 'E-HERO Neos' as a Fusion Material from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions" do not occur simultaneously.

A monster Special Summoned by this effect is not treated as being Special Summoned by a Fusion Summon.

"An 'E-HERO' Fusion Monster that lists 'E-HERO Neos' as a Fusion Material" refers to an "E-HERO" Fusion Monster that lists "E-HERO Neos" as a Fusion Material in its text.

When choosing cards from the field to shuffle into the Deck/Extra Deck, you must choose from your Monster Zones. (You cannot choose monster cards present in the Spell & Trap Zones.)

At the time of resolution, you may choose a face-down Defense Position monster present in your Monster Zone. In that case, you must have your opponent confirm that it is an appropriate monster to be used as a Fusion Material.

At the time of resolution, you may choose a Fusion, Synchro, Xyz, or Link Monster if it is the appropriate monster. That monster will be returned to the Extra Deck, and the process of "Special Summon 1 'E-HERO' Fusion Monster that lists 'E-HERO Neos' as a Fusion Material from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions" will be performed.
